Real Experiences from Clients I've Had The Privilege to Serve

Why Clients Choose Blaise

From the day our offer was accepted, Blaise stayed ahead of every deadline and made sure the lender, inspector, and title company had what they needed. We never had to wonder what was happening because he was already checking in and telling us what came next.
When the inspection report came back, we weren’t sure whether the repairs were manageable. Blaise walked through everything with us, helped us understand the real costs, and made the decision feel much less overwhelming.
A few questions came up after we moved in, and Blaise didn’t disappear once the paperwork was signed. He stayed available, connected us with the right people, and helped us get everything sorted out.
The first few homes we looked at just weren’t the right fit, but Blaise listened to what my wife and I were looking for. Within 24 hours, he found the perfect place for us, and we made an offer that same day.

A Relationship That Goes Beyond Closing

Buying a home is more than a transaction. It is a major life decision and often the beginning of a new chapter. You deserve an agent who takes the time to understand your goals, communicates clearly, and stays on top of every detail from our first conversation through closing.

My commitment does not end when the paperwork is signed. The first few weeks of homeownership can bring plenty of questions, from finding trusted contractors and setting up services to understanding maintenance, warranties, and future improvements. I want to remain the person you know you can call when something comes up.

As life changes, your real estate goals may change too. Whether you want an update on your home’s value, are considering an investment property, need more space, or begin planning your next move, I’ll be here to provide honest guidance without pressure.

I also understand that a referral is one of the greatest compliments a client can give. Anyone you send my way will receive the same care, professionalism, and follow-through.

My goal is not simply to help you purchase a home. It is to become a long-term real estate resource for you and your family—taking you to the dotted line and beyond.

Processes

1

Buyer Consultation

We’ll discuss your goals, priorities, timeline, and budget so we can build a clear plan for your home search.
Image

2

Pre-Approval

Your lender will review your finances and establish a comfortable price range. A strong pre-approval also helps your offer stand out to sellers.
Image

3

Home Search & Tours

I’ll create a search around your criteria, help you evaluate available options, and coordinate tours of the homes you want to see.
Image

4

Offer Strategy

Once you find the right home, we’ll review the market, discuss price and terms, and prepare an offer designed to protect your interests.
Image

5

Inspections & Due Diligence

During the inspection period, a qualified inspector will evaluate the property and identify potential concerns. We’ll review the findings together and discuss your options, which may include negotiating repairs, requesting a credit, moving forward as-is, or exercising your rights under the contract.
Image

6

Appraisal & Loan Approval

Your lender will complete underwriting and typically order an appraisal to confirm the property supports the loan. I’ll stay in communication with everyone involved.
Image

7

Final Walkthrough & Closing Prep

Before closing, we’ll confirm the home is in the expected condition, verify any agreed-upon work, and make sure you know what to bring and expect on closing day.
Image

8

Closing & Keys

You’ll sign the final documents, complete the purchase, and receive the keys to your new home. My support continues long after closing.

Written Buyer Agreements: What Buyers Need to Know. Understanding Today's Buyer Representation Requirements

Image

Required Before Touring a Home

As of August 17, 2024, real estate professionals participating in an MLS are required to enter into a written buyer agreement with a buyer before touring a home, whether in person or through a live virtual tour. This practice change was implemented as part of the NAR settlement.
Image

A Clear Partnership

The agreement defines our working relationship, the services I’ll provide, and the responsibilities we each have throughout the homebuying process.
Image

A Professional Relationship

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. This agreement establishes our professional relationship and ensures we're both aligned before we begin your home search.

Your Buyer Representation Agreement

  • This is an agreement to engage with a professional real estate agent to consult, show homes, negotiate contracts, and advocate.
  • It will establish the length of the agreement
  • It shows the agent/broker's services and responsibilities
  • It explains the agreement's exclusivity between Broker and client, what fees are owed for services rendered, and how to terminate the agreement. It mentions additional fees if the buyer signs with more than one agent.
  • It provides a clear explanation of the various ways an agent can be compensated for their services to the Buyer.
